Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a remote customer support specialist to be the main contact for queries related to our EDI software package. You will listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.

The role involves handling phone, email, and online support, ensuring satisfaction through follow-up, and acting as a software SME for implementation and configuration tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months in a 'Customer Facing' role, in a helpdesk or an application support environment.
• Able to provide professional, friendly, and polite customer service through multiple channels.
• Experience with a globally diverse customer base and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone, email, and online user support.
• Achieve customer satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness and clear communication.
• Serve as a software subject matter expert to assist with implementation and configuration.
• Document technical issues and resolutions and share knowledge across the team.
• Proactively search for solutions to problems.
• Conduct user training via online platforms as required.
• Assist with data migration and client implementation as needed.
