Mizkan America is seeking an EDI Integration Analyst to design, develop, and support EDI integrations with customers, suppliers, and partners. This remote United States role focuses on ensuring secure, accurate data exchange and scalable integration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related apps.

You will collaborate with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders, maintaining EDI standards and data governance while enabling efficient order-to-cash and supply chain processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of hands-on EDI implementation and maintenance experience.
• Experience designing and maintaining EDI maps and transaction sets (X12 850/855/856/810 etc.).
• Proficient with EDI communications protocols (Direct, VAN, AS2, FTP, SFTP, HTTPS).
• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills for troubleshooting and validation.
• Knowledge of ANSI X12 standards and manufacturing/CPG processes is preferred.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain EDI maps, integrations, and related documentation.
• Monitor inbound/outbound EDI transactions for timeliness and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot EDI issues including failures and data discrepancies.
• Configure partner profiles, communications, and partner workflows.
• Onboard new EDI connections with partners and support ongoing integration needs.
• Support EDI integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other ERP systems.
• Develop and execute testing plans for EDI transactions and workflows.
• Perform data analysis and reporting to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
