Responsibilities

• Lead a team of firmware and ML engineers and drive edge AI strategies.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in design and implementation of high‑performance systems.
• Set the technical bar for edge ML and embedded systems, guiding latency, power, memory and model performance decisions.
• Turn new AI capabilities into shipped products by partnering with Product, Hardware, and Full‑stack teams.
• Shape the roadmap with leadership on quarterly plans and tradeoffs for customer impact.
• Build and grow an inclusive, high‑performing team with strong ownership and accountability.
• Scale Samsara's culture as we expand globally and maintain a focus on customer success.
