Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Economics or closely related quantitative/social science field.
• Strong English to follow guidelines and provide feedback.
• 3+ years in economics research, policy analysis, or data analytical workflows.
• Understanding of micro/macro economics, market structures, and econometric reasoning.
• Ability to evaluate content against rubrics and identify issues in assumptions, graphs, or data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check economics items and provide ongoing feedback.
• Economics review: evaluate explanations, calculations, graphs, and policy analyses for accuracy and clarity.
• Trainer/QA communication: update teams on new guidelines and quality standards.
• Question handling: respond clearly to questions on models, formulas, graphs, and rubric interpretation.
• Documentation: create and maintain economics project documentation and onboarding materials.
• Onboarding and training: schedule and run onboarding calls with trainers and QAs.
