You will review AI-generated electrical engineering content and trainer work, evaluate output against project guidelines, and provide precise written feedback.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE or related field.
- 3+ years of professional electrical engineering experience.
- Strong English for technical feedback.
- Deep knowledge of circuit analysis and power systems.
- Experience leading or supporting remote teams.
Responsibilities
- Quality monitoring and feedback to trainers and QAs.
- Technical review of AI-generated engineering explanations and calculations.
- Communicate guidelines and rubric changes via Discord.
- Onboarding/training calls and documentation maintenance.
- Identify recurring quality gaps and improve QA processes.
