Job summary

EE Holdings LLC. is seeking an attentive ecommerce ops specialist for Vending Valley, our in-house fulfillment and store platform. You will maintain listings, keep inventory accurate, and manage the path from order to box to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Responsibilities include exception handling, coordinating the bench, and flagging SKUs that should not ship to protect brand integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years ecommerce ops experience in a warehouse or marketplace setting.
• Familiarity with spreadsheets and a calm inbox for handling orders.
• Shopify or a similar admin platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep catalog and inventory current across platforms.
• Exception-handle orders and coordinate the bench.
• Flag a SKU that should not ship to prevent incorrect fulfillment.
