We’re Inergize Health – a fast-growing wellness brand on a mission to dominate the U.S. cold plunge space. Our performance recovery tools are trusted by high performers, elite athletes, and even names like Will Smith and Dustin Johnson.

We’re hiring a right-hand execution machine — someone who can own customer ops, inboxes, scheduling posts, Shopify, web changes, and be the one person I rely on to protect my time, move fast, and get sh*t done.

This isn’t your typical EA job. It’s high-intensity, high-responsibility, and perfect for someone who thrives in the trenches of a fast-paced startup.

This role will start part-time (15–20 hrs/week) in the first month to align, build trust, and set you up for success. If you’re the right fit, it will quickly ramp into a full-time (40+ hrs/week) role with long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Own:

• Customer support (Gorgias: email, live chat, occasional calls)
• Managing inbox and calendar: scheduling, follow-ups, inbox zero
• Instagram management: posting, engagement, etc.
• Shopify backend: orders, pricing updates, SKUs, invoices, returns
• Data entry and report creation in Google Sheets
• Warehouse coordination: repairs, shipping issues, customs docs
• Light content work: IG, Reddit, reposts, reels, comments
• SOPs and reports (Google Sheets + Notion)
• Project management (Asana/Notion): follow-ups, contractor tracking
• Image editing: compressing, resizing, Canva/Figma tweaks
• Market and competitor research
• Support for email and SMS campaigns (Klaviyo + GoHighLevel)
• Cost tracking, chargebacks, and operations insights

Must-Haves:

• Fluent English – clear, confident Slack messages and phone calls
• Passion for the company and doing things right
• Experience with Shopify and customer support tools (Gorgias)
• Ability to learn quickly and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented, organized, consistent
• Proactive problem solver
• Availability to work US PST hours, including weekends if needed
