We’re hiring a right-hand execution machine — someone who can own customer ops, inboxes, scheduling posts, Shopify, web changes, and be the one person I rely on to protect my time, move fast, and get sh*t done.
This isn’t your typical EA job. It’s high-intensity, high-responsibility, and perfect for someone who thrives in the trenches of a fast-paced startup.
This role will start part-time (15–20 hrs/week) in the first month to align, build trust, and set you up for success. If you’re the right fit, it will quickly ramp into a full-time (40+ hrs/week) role with long-term growth potential.
