Job summary

The Barcode Group is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to execute and optimize product content across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and other marketplaces. You will handle high-volume item setup, catalog maintenance, and content development to ensure accurate, compelling listings launched on time.

You’ll need hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, strong copywriting, and advanced Excel skills to manage large datasets and resolve catalog issues efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central.
• Experience in new item setup, catalog maintenance, and flat files.
• Strong product copywriting and Amazon SEO knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills including formulas and data validation.
• Ability to manage product variations and resolve catalog issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Complete new item setup and catalog updates across ecommerce marketplaces.
• Create and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and attributes.
• Manage product variations, images, videos, and enhanced content.
• Maintain accurate product data using Excel, flat files, and templates.
• Open and manage cases in Vendor Central, Seller Central, Brand Registry.
• Troubleshoot listing errors and content conflicts; audit pages for improvements.
• Coordinate with designers, managers, clients, and internal teams on content needs.
• Communicate updates and resolve issues with stakeholders; track progress.
