Prime Team Agency is seeking an eCommerce Advertising Manager to develop, manage, and optimize paid advertising strategies across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Target, and Instacart.

This client-facing role requires analyzing campaign results and collaborating with internal teams to drive measurable growth for clients. The position is fully remote but US-based, with occasional travel for meetings or events.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of paid media or eCommerce advertising experience.
• Experience managing five- and six-figure ad budgets.
• Familiarity with marketplace ad platforms (Amazon Ad Console, Walmart Ad Center) and DSPs.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Target, and Instacart.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve KPIs (ACOS, ROAS, TACoS, CVR, CTR).
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align advertising with business goals.
• Provide data-driven insights, optimizations, and performance reporting.
• Stay informed on platform updates, marketplace trends, and best practices.
• Support DSP campaign execution and analysis (Amazon DSP and other programmatic platforms).
• Participate in client presentations and performance reviews with actionable recommendations.
• Contribute to full-funnel and cross-channel advertising strategies.
• Travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
