You will engage with up to 100 Basic tier members through structured support and personalized coaching for 5–10 Premium members. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in small business advising or coaching.
• Experience managing a high-volume relationship portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Basic and Premium tier members.
• Guide new members through onboarding and their first 90 days.
• Co-facilitate group coaching sessions and Oasis peer groups.
