Job summary

Parexel is seeking an Early Clinical Scientist to lead or support early phase clinical studies, ensuring scientific execution and protocol integrity. The role collaborates with Clinical Directors and cross-functional teams to deliver compliant results.

Responsibilities include oversight of trial design, data interpretation and risk management, with potential on-site monitoring and protocol authoring as needed. Strong English and regulatory knowledge required.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing CROs from the Sponsor side for Phase 1 trials.
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, planning and execution of early phase clinical trials with internal/external teams.
• Co-authors clinical sections of protocols and related documents ensuring standards.
• Monitor ongoing trials to identify issues and mitigate risks.
