Job summary

Parexel is seeking an experienced Clinical Scientist for its ECS role to lead or support early phase studies, accountable for clinical/scientific execution of the protocol. The role requires coordination with internal and external teams, oversight of trial safety and data integrity, and contribution to protocol and document development.

The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring adherence to Parexel standards and regulatory requirements while building scientific knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience in managing CROs from Sponsor side for Phase 1 trials.
• Familiar with Clinical Trial Management and Trial Master File systems.
• Authoring Protocol Concepts and related regulatory documents.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional partners (regulatory, data, stats, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, planning and execution of early phase trials in collaboration with the Clinical Director and teams.
• Provide real-time oversight of trials to identify and mitigate issues affecting study data and conduct.
• Draft and review study documents (protocols, ICFs, CSR, etc.) per standards.
• Monitor budgets and support vendor payments as needed.
