Gainwell is seeking an Early Career Application Designer to design, develop, install, test and document software across server, client and web components. You will help shape technical architecture and ensure designs meet client ROI while collaborating with architects and developers.

The role emphasizes learning, growth, and flexibility, with strong support for certifications, leadership academies, and health benefits. A fully remote position is offered with within-US travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Python; knowledge of relevant programming languages, OS, hardware and software.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, install, test and document applications software—including server, client and web components.
• Design, document and deliver technical architecture solution components.
• Bridge application architects and developers to ensure design requirements and ROI for clients.
• Define and develop project requirements, functional specs and application solution designs.
