Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking an Associate Professional Application Developer for a fully remote role within the United States, based in El Paso, TX. You will design, develop, test, and document applications across server, client, and web components to support health and human services initiatives.

You will collaborate with architects and developers to translate requirements into effective designs, ensuring ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software, with web service development knowledge preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with basic software design, development and implementation methodologies.
• Basic data analysis and software testing skills to create requirements and test modifications and enhancements.
• A team player with strong, effective written and oral communication skills with clients and more senior leaders.
• Team player who can collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and leaders in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Help design, develop, install, test and document applications software — including server, client and web components
• Play a role in the design, documentation and delivery of technical architecture solution components
• Build the connections between application architects and developers to ensure the accuracy of design requirements and deliver ROI for clients
• Focus on the details as you help define and develop project requirements, functional specs and application solution designs for clients using the proper development methodologies and industry standards
• Play a role in developing technical documentation and test plans, and support integration and deployment
• Be part of a team of software developers who are helping advance Gainwell and client objectives
