TELUS Health is hiring remote EAP counsellors to support clients worldwide with flexible hours and robust professional backing. The role emphasizes short-term counselling, professional registration, and strong communication skills within a supportive, training-enabled environment.

You will work with a network of clinicians to deliver care across IT-based platforms. Ideal candidates are registered professionals with 3+ years of experience, capable of handling mental health concerns like anxiety

Qualifications

• Registered psychologist, social worker, or counsellor with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in short-term counselling and managing mental health issues.
• Familiarity with IT-based case management systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide short-term counselling to diverse clients through virtual sessions.
• Manage referrals and sessions using our case management system.
• Communicate effectively with clients in confidential online settings.
