Job summary

A training content development organization seeks an E-Content Training Developer to develop and convert high-quality training content for the corrections and law enforcement sectors. This role requires collaboration with training staff and the ability to create electronic training materials. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in training development, proficiency in various software, and exceptional communication skills. The position is primarily remote with some in-person requirements, located in Nashville, Tennessee.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience developing computer-based training (CBT) and web-based training (WBT).
• Experience in creating electronic training content is highly preferred.
• Ability to meet performance deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality corrections or law enforcement oriented core curriculum into electronic content.
• Conduct in-depth research on current events and analyze industry trends.
• Collaborate with training staff members to strategize training curriculum goals.
