A training content development organization seeks an E-Content Training Developer to develop and convert high-quality training content for the corrections and law enforcement sectors. Qualifications
5+ years experience developing computer-based training (CBT) and web-based training (WBT).
Experience in creating electronic training content is highly preferred.
Ability to meet performance deadlines consistently.
Responsibilities
Develop high-quality corrections or law enforcement oriented core curriculum into electronic content.
Conduct in-depth research on current events and analyze industry trends.
Collaborate with training staff members to strategize training curriculum goals.
