Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, a national personal injury law firm, seeks an E-Discovery Attorney licensed in South Dakota to support mass tort and class action cases. This remote role focuses on document review on hosted platforms, discovery activities, and occasional deposition prep, trial support, and motion drafting.

The ideal candidate holds a law degree, is admitted to the South Dakota Bar, and has 1+ year of personal injury experience with prior E-Discovery/document review exposure; familiarity with

Qualifications

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the South Dakota State Bar Association.
• Minimum 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Prior E-Discovery / Document Review experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform substantive document review on platforms such as Relativity and DISCO.
• Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, issues, and privilege.
• Assist with preparation of privilege and redaction logs and challenges to privilege.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
