Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and insightful E-commerce Social Media Analyst for a fully remote role. You will track, analyze, and report on social media performance in relation to e-commerce goals, delivering data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategy.

You will leverage tools like Google Analytics and Sprout Social to extract KPIs, identify audience behavior patterns, and recommend content and targeting adjustments.

Qualifications

• Experience as Social Media Analyst or Data Analyst focused on social media performance.
• Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and e-commerce metrics.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Excel, Google Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Track KPIs: reach, engagement, traffic, and conversions.
• Prepare regular reports with trends, insights, and recommendations.
• Identify patterns in user behavior to adjust strategy.
