Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience.
• 3+ years of .NET web application development and/or Microsoft Dynamics development including Plugins, Power Automate, JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Design system enhancements and business process changes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and data usefulness.
• Critically evaluate business requirements and propose alternative solutions.
• Collaborate with vendors in a shared development environment and with Application Support, QA, and development teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency for users, customer service, and data quality.
• Communicate progress, schedules, and issues to project management and teams.
• Deliver engaging, tailored presentations to respective audiences.
• Resolve issues promptly and escalate when needed.
