Job summary

MMD Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a Finance-led ERP transformation, focusing on stabilizing the Dynamics 365 go-live and guiding subsequent multi-entity integrations. This remote role requires strong ownership, governance, and cross-functional partnership with Finance and IT leadership in a US-based rollout.

You will report to the VP of IT PMO and drive milestones with the delivery teams, ensuring data readiness and governance across the program.

Qualifications

Senior-level project management experience leading complex system integrations.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.
ERP integrations across multi-entity environments, including post-acquisition workloads.
Strong finance domain knowledge and experience with financial systems programs.
Proven ability to lead with minimal direction in a Finance-led governance model.

Responsibilities

Rebuild the Dynamics 365 project plan with workstreams, sequencing, and milestones.
Manage the implementation partner and technical delivery teams to milestones.
Establish project governance: status reporting, risk tracking, and dependency management.
Collaborate with Finance and Business Systems to stabilize go-live and drive integration.
Plan and lead the next phase: onboarding acquired entities into D365, including AR/AP data load.
