Job summary

Prosum Inc. is seeking an IT ERP Business Analyst to bridge business and IT in a Dynamics 365 environment. The role is remote within the U.S. with a preference for Central or Eastern time zones and is a contract-to-hire engagement of approximately 3–6 months.

You will lead requirements, analyze processes, and design functional solutions in Dynamics 365, focusing on ERP sustainment, support, and gradual expansion into broader ERP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as BA/analyst in ERP or related role.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and requirements sessions focused on ERP supply chain processes.
• Document and optimize current and future-state business processes.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and designs in Dynamics 365.
• Provide user support and training for ERP users.
• Support inventory, purchase orders, sales orders, and related ERP processes.
• Coordinate with developers, integration teams, and vendors to implement solutions.
• Participate in testing, UAT, and validation of configurations and integrations.
• Develop documentation, workflows, and user guides.
