Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a country-level Site Activation professional for a home-based role in the United States. You will coordinate site activation activities, ensure regulatory documentation accuracy, and support project timelines under SOPs and WIs.

Qualifications

• Dutch language fluency is required.
• Experience with site activation, regulatory documents or contract negotiations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for investigative sites, Site Activation Managers, PM team, and other departments.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, WIs, deliverables and project timelines.
• Perform site startup and activation activities per regulations and instructions.
• Prepare and review site regulatory documents; maintain project systems and trackers.
• Provide local expertise during project planning and timeline development.
