Our client in real estate and home improvement seeks a Dutch-speaking High-Ticket Sales Closer to convert qualified prospects via video calls, handle objections, and close high-value deals in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, especially high-value or high-ticket closing.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong ability to handle objections and negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 4–5 video sales calls per day with qualified prospects.
• Manage around 45 qualified shows per month.
• Close 1–2 direct sales per day on high-value renovations.
• Build rapport and understand customer needs.
• Present tailored bathroom remodelling solutions and value.
