Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Dutch Bilingual Experts to contribute to a global AI training project focused on Dutch language understanding and generation. You will evaluate AI-generated speech and provide detailed feedback to support language model improvement.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong Dutch language expertise, English communication skills, and attention to detail are the key requirements for this role.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch, with strong spoken and written skills.
• B2+ proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to analyze pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and linguistic authenticity.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria consistently.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Dutch audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and quality.
• Assess pronunciation, grammar, intonation, and accent against native standards.
• Identify language errors, unnatural expressions, pronunciation issues, and other linguistic inconsistencies.
• Provide clear written feedback on language nuances and areas for improvement.
• Document findings using project-specific tools, guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
• Apply established rubrics and quality standards consistently across assigned tasks.
• Collaborate with quality assurance leads to maintain consistency and accuracy in evaluations.
• Participate in project update sessions and respond to clarification requests when required.
• Complete assigned evaluations accurately and within project timelines.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the review and submission process.
