Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking Dutch bilingual experts to contribute to a global language and AI training project focused on improving Dutch-language understanding and generation. In this role, you will evaluate AI-generated Dutch speech, assess linguistic accuracy and authenticity, and provide detailed feedback to support language model improvement.

No prior AI experience is required. Strong Dutch language expertise, English communication skills, and attention to detail are the key requirements for this

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written).
• B2+ proficiency in English with strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle language differences.
• Ability to analyze pronunciation, grammar, fluency, and linguistic authenticity.

Responsibilities

• Listen to short audio clips in Dutch and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall quality.
• Assess pronunciation, grammar, intonation, accent, and linguistic authenticity against native Dutch standards.
• Identify language errors, unnatural expressions, pronunciation issues, and other linguistic inconsistencies.
• Provide clear and detailed written feedback on language nuances and improvement areas.
• Document findings accurately using project-specific tools and guidelines.
• Apply rubrics and quality standards consistently across tasks.
• Collaborate with QA leads to maintain consistency and accuracy in evaluations.
• Participate in project update sessions and respond to clarifications.
• Complete assigned evaluations accurately within timelines.
• Maintain high level of attention to detail throughout review and submission.
