About the Role

Our client, a leading innovator in the Oil & Gas industry, is seeking a highly experienced Drilling Operations Supervisor to join their fully remote team. This pivotal role will oversee and manage drilling operations across various project sites, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and performance. As a remote-first position, you will collaborate with field teams and onshore personnel through advanced communication platforms, providing expert guidance and critical decision-making support from your home office. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of drilling operations remotely, ensuring adherence to established procedures and best practices.
