Job summary

Millennium is seeking a Technical Director to lead complex U.S. Army and DoD IT, networking, and instrumentation programs in a fully remote capacity. The candidate must hold an active Secret clearance.

The role provides senior technical and programmatic leadership, overseeing multi-site efforts, risk management, and performance assessments while coordinating with government customers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• 10+ years leading U.S. Army or DoD IT/network/instrumentation programs.
• 5+ years managing multi-site program deliveries in the last 10 years.
• Experience as Government Product Lead, Asst. Program Manager, or Program Manager for an ACAT program.
• Cost, schedule, and performance management responsibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical and programmatic leadership for DoD IT, network, and instrumentation programs.
• Direct execution of complex, multi-site activities ensuring contractual alignment.
• Lead cross-site program deliveries across locations and environments.
• Provide guidance to program managers, engineers, and teams.
• Interface with Army/DoD program offices and stakeholders.
• Apply disciplined program management for cost, schedule, and risk objectives.
• Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, operations, and acquisitions.
• Support customer engagements, briefings, and milestone reviews.
• Mentor personnel to promote execution discipline and continuous improvement.
