Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Information Security, or related field or five years of equivalent experience.
• Ability to assess programmatic risks and ensure compliance with DoD governance.
• Proficient in risk assessment methodologies, compliance audits and regulatory requirements (DoD RMF, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP).
• Strong analytical and documentation skills; experience with DoD cybersecurity policies and governance audits.

Responsibilities

• Track program financials, budgets, and funding streams, ensuring alignment with DoD financial planning cycles.
• Conduct financial performance reviews, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
• Submit a quarterly Financial Oversight & Budget Utilization Report, providing insights on expenditures and funding efficiency.
