Job summary

VivSoft Technologies is seeking an experienced Acquisition Specialist to support DoD acquisition, procurement, and lifecycle management. In this role, you will apply federal contracting principles and conduct cost analysis, developing procurement strategies in compliance with DoD regulations.

The ideal candidate has over 8 years in acquisition or procurement, excellent communication skills, and a strong grasp of federal acquisition processes. Benefits include comprehensive medical coverage, a 401K plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management, logistics, or procurement support.
• Experience may be reduced to 4 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong understanding of federal and DoD acquisition processes.

Responsibilities

• Apply contracting principles and regulations in support of procurement.
• Conduct cost analysis to enhance acquisition planning.
• Communicate contractual guidance to both stakeholders and non-contractor personnel.
