Job summary

We are seeking an experienced documentary editor to join the post‑production team for an ongoing series about large-scale real estate, construction and lifestyle projects in Dubai.

This is not a social media editing role; fluency in Russian is essential. English is mandatory as many interviews and meetings are in English. Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, strong storytelling, pacing and three‑act structure are required for long-form episodic edits.

Qualifications

• Requires narrative editing skills for documentary storytelling.
• Strong sense of pacing, structure and three‑act narrative.
• Experience editing long-form documentary content.
• Proficiency in Russian is essential; English fluency required for interviews.
