You will edit social clips, restaurant films, and documentary-style episodes, building recurring formats while maintaining the Dorsia voice. A portfolio in social-first and long-form storytelling is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional editing experience, ideally in the 2-4 year range.
• Portfolio showing range across social-first content, brand work, and longer-form storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Edit across formats from fast-turn social clips to longer-form documentary-style episodes.
• Cut footage from events, travel, restaurants, and interviews into stories that hold attention.
• Turn long-form material into short, highly watchable clips for social.
• Work from large volumes of unscripted footage and shape it into a clear narrative.
• Bring pacing, hooks, music, and selects to every cut.
