Job summary

UnitedLex is urgently hiring licensed attorneys for multiple REMOTE document review projects starting this summer. Preference for those with prior document review, but new to review encouraged. Training provided for Relativity and Everlaw.

Role involves reviewing contracts, emails, memos, and more, with strict confidentiality and data protection adherence. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24/hour, with $36/hour overtime if approved.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA accredited law school.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and relevant databases.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and document review software.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of legal documents to identify information relevant to ongoing matters.
• Utilize analytical skills to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support teams to meet project goals.
• Organize and manage reviewed documents using document management systems.
• Perform targeted legal research to support case development and strategy.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to data protection standards.
