You will review lawsuits, analyze documentation, draft and respond to correspondence, and collaborate with assistants and court teams to maintain workflow and compliance while handling a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in civil litigation or collections is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review lawsuits and legal pleadings to ensure legal sufficiency and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
• Analyze supporting documentation to determine viability of legal claims and readiness for suit or judgment.
• Send and respond to written correspondence related to case matters, including disputes, settlements, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with legal assistants and court teams to maintain pace with volume-based targets.
• Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking in the firm's internal systems.
• Communicate as needed with supervising attorneys regarding case nuances or exceptions.
