You will work directly with product teams and triage user feedback, using your coding skills to improve the docs experience for a global developer community.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Make routine updates to docs.mapbox.com: fix errors and update code samples.
• Triage user feedback on documentation and fix issues with partners across the org.
• Manage git/GitHub workflow for docs contributions (branches, PRs, reviews).
• Work directly in Mapbox product to understand what you're documenting.
