Qualifications

• Doctoral degree required in Nursing or closely related field.
• Current, unencumbered RN licensure (Massachusetts) or eligibility.
• Nursing education experience at graduate level preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers didactic instruction via synchronous and asynchronous online formats.
• Provides engaging didactic content and assignments with real-world applications.
• Facilitates active learning activities per course requirements.
• Advises and assists students through office hours via video conference and email.
• Uses the LMS for content, grading, and student communication.
• Provides feedback to core faculty and program coordinators.
• Collaborates with the DNP Project Team and core faculty.
