Job summary

RTX is seeking a DMSMS Governance & Operating Framework Engineering Lead to advance Raytheon's enterprise-wide DMSMS program. You will define standardized escalation processes, align with EO 14415, SD 22/26, and collaborate across engineering, supply chain, quality, and programs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in technical leadership within engineering or supply chain, experience with obsolescence management, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a large organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM discipline.
• 10+ years of technical and functional leadership in engineering, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience in DMSMS, obsolescence management, risk analysis, or component reliability.
• Familiarity with EO 14415, SD-22, SD-26 and related government standards.
• Experience building standardized engineering processes for large teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional, ambiguous initiatives.
