HME Specialists in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Pick up-Exchange Coordinator to manage DME pickup and exchange work orders, ensuring accuracy and readiness for delivery teams.

You will coordinate with Customer Service, Billing, Warehouse and Delivery, maintain audit-ready inventory, protect patient information, and identify workflow improvements in a fast-paced remote-support environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in DME, healthcare operations, medical billing, customer service, or logistics.
• Familiarity with DME equipment and rental processes.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and documentation accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR/DME software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and update pickup/exchange orders; verify required documentation and details.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Billing, Warehouse, and Delivery to resolve order issues quickly.
• Track equipment status and maintain accurate inventory/accountability records.
• Provide responsive internal support while protecting patient information (HIPAA).
• Identify process gaps and suggest practical workflow improvements.
