Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
• Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance.
• 7 years of relevant work experience with in-depth knowledge of retail business processes.
• 3 years of experience leading teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• 5+ years of retail store management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales and services while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead stores to execute high merchandising standards.
• Forecast sales, margin and expenses; identify performance gaps and drive improvements.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and promote associates.
• Provide coaching and performance guidance to staff including setting standards and evaluations.
• Develop district managers and associates to foster collaboration, respect, and integrity.
• Handle disputes and negotiate resolutions as needed.
