Job summary

Vylor, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Leader for the Missouri/Kansas area. This remote role supports the district with leadership of a Retail Sales Agronomist and Retail Business Manager team to drive seed growth for key retail accounts.

You will travel as needed to support business activities. The position requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years in ag marketing or sales with leadership experience. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a strong growth path within Brevant's district

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years of Ag marketing or sales experience, including leadership and development of employees and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Retail Sales Agronomist and Retail Business Manager team to deliver seed growth with key accounts.
• Develop district strategy and tactics to grow seed business through retail.
• Coach, recruit, and develop district talent; drive 1-3 year district planning and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Product, Marketing and Customer Service for alignment.
• Build relationships with retailer leadership to implement growth strategies.
