Abbott is seeking a District Sales Manager for Southern California, covering Riverside, Orange, San Diego, and surrounding counties. You will provide Tactical and administrative leadership to grow sales and share, manage district budgets, and uphold corporate policies across territories.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of sales leadership in hospital sales, excellent communication, and strong budgeting and strategic thinking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years sales leadership experience; 5–10 years preferred.
• Hospital sales experience.
• Understanding of geography and business landscape.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Ability to manage budgets and strategic planning.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
