Job summary

Revecore is seeking a Health Claims Specialist to bill and investigate health insurance claims for hospitals and medical providers across the United States. You will pursue maximum payments from commercial insurers, Medicare, and Medicaid, while conducting follow-ups and preparing denial reports to support the team.

The role includes a comprehensive 8–10 day training program led by instructors, with equipment provided and a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Experience researching and resolving claims for commercial health, Medicare and Medicaid.
• Filing UB04s and 1500 HCFA forms with subrogation information.
• Familiarity with billing health insurance as part of auto accidents.
• Conduct timely follow-up to determine claim status and resolve the claim.
• Experience working in EPIC and with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Bill and investigate health insurance claims to maximize payments for clients.
• Follow up on unresolved claims for commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Prepare denial reports, audits, and provide team support.
