Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Lead Director of Value-Based Contracting to establish and manage strategic partnerships with provider networks, developing innovative payment models and overseeing the contracting lifecycle from planning to execution.

The role requires a proven track record in negotiating complex contracts, strong analytical abilities, and familiarity with CMS/HEDIS measures; Georgia residency is preferred for a remote-capable role.

Qualifications

• 10 years of related experience and comprehensive negotiating skills with value-based contracts.
• Experience negotiating contracts with IPAs, large provider systems or groups.
• Experience reviewing medical claims data and developing executive summaries.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain value-based relationships with provider partners.
• Develop and manage the Keystone Value-based Network.
• Lead complex projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Monitor contract performance and meet value/cost targets.
• Support other departments with provider data and regulatory requirements.
