Job summary

Ecoplexus Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive project development across the U.S. Central region, coordinating interconnection, permitting, real estate, GIS, finance, origination, and engineering.

The role partners with senior management and reports to the SVP, US Development & Origination, with responsibilities spanning cross-functional team leadership and portfolio strategy. The position requires extensive renewable energy development experience in the United States and a track record of

Qualifications

5+ years' experience in wind, solar, or thermal energy development.
Experience developing in CAISO and on federal land preferred.
BA/MBA/JD – finance, law, or energy business related preferred.
Proven experience bringing large-scale solar, wind, and/or energy storage projects online in the United States.

Responsibilities

Lead the Company’s project development activities in the U.S. Central region, coordinating interconnection, permitting, real estate, GIS, finance, origination, and engineering teams.
Develop budgets and timelines for regional projects and portfolios; recommend investment strategies.
Oversee junior developers and external consultants to deliver projects on time and budget.
Participate in or lead sales and marketing activities for offtakers and programs.
