Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced medical/clinical degree preferred (e.g., RN, PA, NP, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in clinical practice, clinical program development, healthcare quality, or medical education.
• Clinical background is required with experience in a clinical practice environment.
• Proven leadership experience managing staff and cross-functional teams.
• Commercial awareness of how clinical tools and programs contribute to organizational revenue, member retention, and financial sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and operational execution of clinical initiatives that support evidence-based practice and improve patient outcomes.
• Provide strategic and operational oversight of a portfolio of programs translating scientific evidence into practical tools for clinicians.
• Oversee staff managing clinical practice guideline workflows and development of resources such as quality measures, decision-support tools, and care pathways.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, committees, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of clinical resources.
