Job summary

AASLD is seeking a Director of Clinical Practice and Resources to lead the strategy and execution of clinical initiatives that translate evidence into practical tools for clinicians. The role is remote with occasional travel, reporting to the Vice President, Publications and Practice Resources and preference for candidates in select states.

The position oversees development of practice resources, guideline workflows, care pathways, and implementation tools, collaborating with clinical leaders

Qualifications

• Leadership of complex clinical initiatives or programs.
• Experience in a clinical practice environment or licensure.
• Understanding of how clinical tools contribute to revenue and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance a clinical practice resources strategy.
• Provide strategic and operational oversight of a portfolio of programs translating evidence into tools.
• Oversee staff managing clinical practice guideline workflows and development of resources.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders, committees, and external partners to deliver resources.
