Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Director, Talent Management to shape performance, talent decisions, and career growth across the organization. You will lead the evolution of NIQ's talent strategy with a product-minded, data-informed approach and partner across HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, AI-enabled talent experiences.

You will drive performance and development initiatives, strengthen succession and leadership capability, and enable integrated talent management using Workday

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience across Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Performance Management, Leadership Development, or related disciplines.
• Extensive experience with Workday Performance and Talent Management capabilities, using talent data and insights to inform decision-making.
• Meaningful experience designing and leading performance, talent or development initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to design for both employee needs and enterprise outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of NIQ’s performance and growth approach to advance both employee development and business performance.
• Connect performance, development, talent reviews, succession planning, and career growth into an integrated talent ecosystem.
• Translate Talent & Development priorities into practical plans, adoption strategies, and measurable outcomes.
• Strengthen manager capability by designing enablement resources and learning experiences across the organization.
