Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Remote Licensed Director, Retirement Planner in the Greater Metro-Atlanta area. This role focuses on personalized retirement planning and investment guidance delivered through high-net-worth workplace clients.

Responsibilities include comprehensive planning, portfolio reviews, and education, with a goal to drive engagement, retention, and growth across Fidelity’s TEMPA initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in investment sales, wealth management, or financial planning.
• Series 7 & 66 preferred; Series 7 & 63 required, with ability to acquire 65/66 within 90 days of hire.
• Proven success developing relationships with high-net-worth clients while driving growth.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and services including brokerage, insurance, wealth management, estate and retirement planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one consultations covering retirement planning, investment strategies, income planning, portfolio reviews, and plan education.
• Drive participant engagement, satisfaction, and business growth by delivering planning and investment solutions to high-net-worth workplace participants.
• Identify opportunities to introduce Fidelity products and services and support growth initiatives.
• Foster strong relationships with plan sponsors and participants across multiple workplace client organizations.
