Responsibilities

• Serve as the first-response function for MSAs, RFIs, and new opportunities.
• Lead early qualification, triage, risk assessment, and resource mobilization.
• Lead intake and triage of opportunities across multiple lines of business.
• Establish rapid-response processes for evaluation of fit and pursuit viability.
• Provide strategic guidance on pursuit readiness, schedule acceleration, and risk mitigation.
• Lead, coach and develop a team.
• Champion use of AI-enabled tools to improve intake, triage and pursuit operations.
