Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Health Care Administration (MHA) preferred.
• 8 years progressive experience in provider network development or managed care, 5 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Reviews proposed contracts and manages multiple negotiations to meet network targets.
• Establishes relationships with providers and health systems across product lines.
• Directs operations including provider access, quality outcomes and staff development.
• Partners with Sales, Clinical and Network Informatics to meet customer goals.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
