Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC in Pennsylvania seeks an experienced leader to oversee provider contracting, network development and provider relations, guiding policy implementation and ensuring compliance with laws and standards.

You will drive recruitment and contracting for provider networks in new and expanding markets, support Medicaid/Medicare initiatives, perform complex financial analyses to lower costs, and manage staff and external consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or related field.
• 7+ years of combined contracting, network development or provider relations experience.
• Experience in Medicaid/Medicare contracting and negotiating hospital, large physician groups and ancillary service agreements.
• Management experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee provider contracting, network development and provider relations functions.
• Develop and administer policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and standards.
• Implement development activities for recruitment and contracting of provider networks in new and existing markets.
• Perform complex financial analyses to identify medical cost improvement opportunities and define contracting strategies.
• Lead staff and external consultants in network development; monitor performance and address gaps.
• Travel is required across Pennsylvania for internal and provider-facing meetings.
